Catriona’s role was to develop the existing design concept and implement a Chanel display prototype for approval by Chanel in Paris before developing the Luxury Brands upgrade to retrofit 50 OPSM stores in Australia and New Zealand.

The retrofit project was planned and managed to completion by Catriona in nine months during 2006.

Chanel used the display as their benchmark worldwide for optical displays and OPSM achieved a luxury sales mix increase (from 5% to 20%) adding significant additional sales and found a new customer segment to their upper demographic stores.
