OPSM Luxury brands
Catriona's role was to develop the existing design concept and implement a Chanel display prototype for approval by Chanel in Paris before developing the Luxury Brands upgrade to retrofit 35 OPSM stores in Australia and New Zealand.
The retrofit project was planned and managed to completion by Catriona in nine months during 2006.
Chanel used the display as their benchmark worldwide for optical displays and OPSM achieved a luxury sales mix increase (from 5% to 20%) adding significant additional sales and found a new customer segment to their upper demographic stores.
OPSM Merchandising Project
Working with the OPSM team, Catriona managed the planning, production and execution of new fittings and graphics to provide visual differentiation in the store merchandising of the three OPSM product categories.
The initiative was implemented in 50 stores and achieved a 4% increase in the number of male customers.
Laubman & Pank Re-branding
With three different brands in the Laubman & Pank group and various store fitouts, this project was initiated to re-brand 30 stores into Laubman & Pank and take the store environments and visual presentation from the 70's to the 00’s. All with minimum capital expenditure!
The project was carried out in two stages, stage one being a quick roll-out costing $10,000 per store, into 30 stores around Australia.
Stage two involved a larger expenditure to upgrade the top 12 capital city stores in the group and achieved sales increases of 9%.
Rebel Sport Visual Merchandising Manual
Catriona set the standards, developed and managed the production of Rebel Sport’s first comprehensive Visual Merchandising Standards Manual. This formed the basis for Rebel Sport VM training workshops for stores.
Product Communication Graphics
A series of product communication graphics were developed by Catriona to display information about specialist sporting products in each department and enabling customers to make an informed purchase decision. This resulted in reduced customer exchanges and refunds and the store team could concentrate on higher value sales.
Water Sports & Speedo Concept
Developed the concept and delivered a new, dedicated water sports and Speedo shop which achieved substantial increases in swimwear sales for Rebel Sport at Warringah Mall.
