Laubman & Pank

With three different brands in the Laubman & Pank group and various store fitouts, this project was initiated to re-brand 30 stores into Laubman & Pank and take the store environments and visual presentation from the 70’s to the 00’s. All with minimum capital expenditure!

The project was carried out in two stages, stage one being a quick roll-out costing $10,000 per store, into 30 stores around Australia.
Stage two involved a larger expenditure to upgrade the top 12 capital city stores in the group and achieved sales increases of 9%.
